Engelmann Golfplatzpflege takes over maintenance of the 18-hole-course of GC Schloß Fahrenbach in Tröstau.
 | Feb 20, 2012 Since last year, Engelmann Golfplatzpflege is maintaining Golf Valley. Former headgreenkeeper Andreas Matzner left the course end of last year and is from now on responsible for WINSTONgolf. We would like to take this opportunity and wish him all the best. From now on, Bruno Müller, who already looked after the course as supervisor last year, takes over full responsibilty in Valley. Mr Müller is working for more than ten years as regional manager for Engelmann Golfplatzpflege and will attend Valley from now on fulltime. Before his engagement for Engelmann Golfplatzpflege, Mr Müller was employed at Muirfield Village Golf Club, USA (among others Ryder Cup venue). As a first measure, Engelmann Golfplatzpflege levelled the old scruffy gravel pit besides the entrance to the golf club. During the next weeks an attractive wildflower meadow will be sown here. |

Since a few days, one of Engelmann's teams is busy with grading and seeding on the construction site of future 18-hole golf course Grassau. The course, which borders on Lake Chiemsee's moor, was designed by Himmel Golf Design.

Recently we started to consult Golfclub Olomouc in Czech Republic and are also doing renovation works there. In addtion we took over maintenance in the sport stadium of FK Čeladná.

With beginning of this month we are taking over maintenance of the 27-hole-course of Nová Amerika Golf Resort in Jaromĕř, Czech Republic. We welcome Kamil Pečenka and his greenkeeping team. The course will be supervised by Andreas Herrmann and Erwin Lechinger.

From now on we are responsible for the golf course maintenance at Wittelsbacher golf club in Neuburg a.d.Donau. The club is Germany's candidate for the Ryder Cup 2018.

Adil Ibrisevic (professional school Warth in Austria), Anton Huber, Andreas Zimmer (both Deula Bavaria in Freising) and Sven Doberschütz (Deula Rhineland in Kempen) successfully completed the greenkeeper-course and are optimally prepared now for the forthcoming season.
